The Art of Raw Living


Living as a whole is an art..
Living, while creating consciously,
is a beautiful design...















I have made a new commitment to myself to treat my body as a Temple in all ways. I have spent much time on developing myself spiritually, and I am returning to giving my body live healthy food.. so that I may be more vibrant, pure.. and radiating!

When I started eating Raw 2 years ago I was coming at it from a completely different approach. I was eating Live Raw Foods to become more healthy and had the joyful side effect of becoming more spiritually vibrant. This time I am excited to see how my body and mind responds to returning to this Raw Lifestyle Choice.

So Today I envision the healthy, happy, radiance that is me...

Why Go Raw?














Around the world a Rawvalution is occurring as more and more people are switching to raw food diets.It s plain to see that Raw foodists are inspiring others to add "living foods" to their diets.. as others observe the benefits of vibrant health, youthful complexions, radiant skin, thick shiny hair,and bright clear eyes. Not to mention it is the ultimate contribution to going green for the worlds environment....



Raw eating benefits us both nutritionally and spiritually. The enzymes, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and pure energy of the live food can both heal and detoxify the body. When foods are heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit much of the nutritional value and healthful enzymes are destroyed, and the body has to work that much harder to process the intake, of now essentially "dead" food. The common SAD diet, or Standard American Diet contribute to lethargy, obesity, and disease. Adding, even a small percentage of raw live food to your diet, will help make you feel better... and most likely lose some weight.
