Why Go Raw?
Around the world a Rawvalution is occurring as more and more people are switching to raw food diets.It s plain to see that Raw foodists are inspiring others to add "living foods" to their diets.. as others observe the benefits of vibrant health, youthful complexions, radiant skin, thick shiny hair,and bright clear eyes. Not to mention it is the ultimate contribution to going green for the worlds environment....
Raw eating benefits us both nutritionally and spiritually. The enzymes, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and pure energy of the live food can both heal and detoxify the body. When foods are heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit much of the nutritional value and healthful enzymes are destroyed, and the body has to work that much harder to process the intake, of now essentially "dead" food.
