Day 12 of my Raw Vegan Diet
Today I started the day not wanting to blog and here i have blogged 4 times! LOL That is pretty funny.I started my day out with a fruit juice mixture of;CarrotsCeleryCucumberAppleBeetsSmall piece of ginger rootFor breakfast and lunch I had a smoothie made of;1 pear1 bananahand full of kalehand full of spinich1 spear of celery1 apple1 table spoon of Coconut Oil1 scoop of Vegan Vitamin SupplementFor snack I had sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, craisens.For diner I had Zucchini mock "Spaghetti"With cucumber, broccoli, and red pepper on the side.Water water WATER...!!My hair is shiny, my skin is soft, I am a happy healthier girl every day...Yey!*Loves*
